Malayna's Very First Poem
I Saw a Silly Cat and a Bat and a Hat
I once saw a bat a silly bat and he was fat
I saw a cat too a silly cat
He made a fat mat
And oh that fat mat saw the cat and what a cat.
The cat made a hat
That hat was a girl hat.
And oh he loved that girl hat
I was a girl so I could wear that hat
I love that
I asked the cat to make two more hats
I only went home with one of the hats.

The moon shines bright
The shadows glimmer in the moonlight
A bird flies ahead over my head
Making myself a dark shadow
Suddenly a ghost then a witch all fly away.

Trains are coming down the town
I heard one coming up and down
It went toot toot
I looked out the window and what a surprise
There was no train at all
It was gone.

Birds!
Yellow birds, blue birds
All different colors of birds
There are parrots and parakeets
And blue jay and eagles
And robins and goose and all the other birds you could think of.

Leaves in the Garden
Leaves in the garden are making pretty plants
Like Sunflowers and lots of flowers.
I hear footsteps
I see the owner of this garden
He is watering one of the plant.

Swooping down and buzzing on colorful wing
